Starbucks College Achievement Plan

In 2014 Starbucks launched the Starbucks College Achievement Plan (SCAP), a groundbreaking program that allows eligible U.S. partners working an average of 20 hours per week or more to earn their bachelor’s degree at ASU’s top-ranked online program. The initiative funds their entire tuition through graduation, no strings attached.

It's part of our commitment to creating pathways to meaningful employment for our partners. After all, the most important investment we can make is in them, regardless of whether or not they stay with us after graduation.
